When you use Yuan Flow, we may collect:

• Information you provide: names, cultural context, identity notes, preferences, and other inputs you choose to share for the purpose of name generation.
• Email address: used to deliver results, support recovery, and provide customer support.
• Payment information: processed by Creem.io. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
• Technical data: browser type, device type, and anonymous usage signals used to improve the service.

We use collected information to:

• Generate and deliver personalized Chinese naming results
• Email result links and recovery links
• Process payments through Creem.io
• Provide customer support
• Improve service quality and relevance

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your submitted naming inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Session data and naming inputs may be retained for up to 90 days to support result recovery. After that period, personal input content may be deleted. Email addresses may be retained longer for support and legal compliance purposes.

We use the following third-party services:

• Creem.io: payment processing services. Creem privacy terms apply to payment transactions.
• AI service providers: naming generation is AI-assisted. Your inputs are sent only for the purpose of producing your result.

Yuan Flow uses only basic session cookies needed for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
