Refund Policy

Yuan Flow sells digital credits for a one-time, non-recurring service. Once a purchase is completed, credits are applied to your session and the naming process may begin. The service does not include subscriptions or automatic renewals.

You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds may be considered when:

• The service materially differs from the website description
• You were charged the wrong amount
• A verified technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by us

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after viewing generated results
• Credits that have already been used, such as completed refinement rounds
• Subjective dissatisfaction with a creative direction or naming result
• Issues caused by unsupported devices, browsers, or third-party services outside our control

Email support@yuanflow.me and include:

• The email address used for purchase
• Your order number or confirmation email, if available
• A brief description of the issue

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. All refunds are processed through Creem.io, our payment provider.
