Yuan Flow is a digital service that helps non-native Chinese speakers create a personalized Chinese name. You may submit personal context, receive free naming directions, and purchase credits to unlock a full naming result and refinement service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this service.

Yuan Flow does not require a registered account. Sessions are managed through time-limited tokens and result links associated with your purchase or recovery email. You are responsible for keeping those links secure.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute generated results without authorization

Prices are shown on our pricing page. All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Credits are tied to the purchase session and are not transferable.

We do not store your payment details. Payments are securely processed by Creem.io.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Yuan Flow is a digital creative service. Naming results are generated with AI assistance and may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that any generated name can be registered, trademarked, or legally used in any jurisdiction.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yuan Flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

These terms are governed and interpreted according to applicable law. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
